The 'Turkish Get Up' is an excellent exercise for the Stand Up Paddler looking to add to their land based strength and conditioning program.

  • Balance and co-ordination
  • Overall strength 
  • Hip and Shoulder stability/ mobility
  • Proprioception
The Turkish is a great tool to identify and correct imbalances and weaknesses throughout the body.
